BHPP Academy, in partnership with Hertford Town Football Club, is excited to recruit a Sports Lecturer to join our part-time further education programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and qualified sports educator to make a real impact on the next generation of players and professionals.
We are primarily looking for a teacher to deliver high-quality classroom learning. You will deliver NCFE Level 3 Sport qualifications as part of a structured and supportive college programme aimed at preparing learners for progression into apprenticeships, employment, or higher education.
About the Role- Full-time hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
- Term time only
- Delivery of classroom-based NCFE Level 3 Sport qualifications
- Support with GCSE Maths & English delivery where required
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Experience working in a college, training provider, or sports education environment
- A degree-level qualification (essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, or willingness to work towards
- QTLS and/or PGCE (desirable)
- An interest in football coaching (desirable but not essential)
- A passion for developing young people and helping them reach their full potential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
