What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver Inspiring Training – Plan and deliver fun, interactive sessions that keep learners engaged and motivated.
- Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
- Develop the Curriculum – Keep our programs fresh and industry-relevant, ensuring learners get real-world skills.
- Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners overcome barriers and achieve their goals.
- Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments (we promise, just the important stuff!).
- Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Stay Ahead of the Game – Engage in continuous professional development to keep your skills sharp and relevant.
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent)
- A passion for helping people succeed
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
- Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)
Bonus points if you’ve worked as an Employability Tutor before (but not essential!)
