What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver Classroom Training that Inspires – Plan and deliver interactive, engaging sessions in customer service that prepare learners for the real world.
Assess & Feedback – Mark learner work, provide constructive feedback, and set SMART goals to help them progress.
Bring Real-World Experience to the Classroom – Use your own industry expertise to create practical, relatable learning opportunities.
Support & Mentor – Be a role model, helping learners build confidence and overcome barriers to success.
Keep Records Up to Date – Maintain accurate learner progress, attendance, and assessments.
Work as a Team – Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to give learners the best possible experience.
Keep Growing – Take part in continuous professional development to keep your teaching and industry knowledge fresh.

What You Need to Bring to the Table
A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS or equivalent) – or willingness to work towards one
Previous experience working in a senior customer service role
A passion for helping people succeed
Strong communication & interpersonal skills (because engagement is key!)
Confidence with IT (for record-keeping & lesson planning)

Bonus points if you’ve delivered training before (but it’s not essential—we’ll support you on your journey!).
