We’re looking for a Performance Manager to lead our well-established, high-performing Chesterfield Training Centre, focusing on strong leadership, quality, and outcomes to ensure learners and staff achieve their full potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire: Manage, motivate, and develop a dedicated centre team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Drive performance and quality: Ensure the centre consistently meets and exceeds performance, quality, and compliance targets.
  • Champion learner success: Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports learner engagement, retention, and progression.
  • Safeguard and uphold values: Promote British Values and ensure learner safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding standards are embedded across the centre.
  • Manage resources effectively: Oversee budgets, staffing, compliance, and operational efficiency to support sustainable centre performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven leadership and people management experience
  • Strong understanding of performance management within education or training environments
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive, and solutions‑focused approach
  • Maths and English at Level 2 (or equivalent)
  • A management qualification would be an advantage
