Your Role as a Work Experience (Progression) Coordinator

- Shout About Our Students: Build great relationships with local businesses and promote the amazing potential of our learners for jobs, apprenticeships, and work placements.
- Celebrate Progress: Review and assess student achievements regularly to keep them motivated and on track.

- Keep It Safe: Carry out risk assessments to make sure work placements are safe and supportive.
- Guide the Way: Offer top‑notch career advice and deliver fun, engaging employability workshops.
- Protect & Inspire: Safeguard our students’ well‑being while promoting Juniper’s core values.
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone with:
- Essential: Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths. Experience of supporting people into employment. Driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Desirable: CEIAG Level 3/4
- Key Skills: Great communication, creative problem‑solving, fantastic organisational abilities, and a drive to hit your targets!
