Are you a confident communicator with a passion for recruitment and business development? Are you motivated by targets and driven to help young people take the first step into their careers? If so, we want to hear from you.

About Us:

At Juniper Training, we’re more than a training provider — we’re a team of changemakers on a mission to inspire and empower young people through high-quality education, apprenticeships, and training opportunities. Our work transforms lives, and we’re looking for ambitious individuals to help us expand our reach.

The Role:

As anApprenticeship Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential apprentices — reaching out, engaging, and guiding them into life-changing opportunities. You’ll take ownership of sourcing and onboarding learners across your allocated region and will be instrumental in helping us hit ambitious recruitment goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cold call employers and potential leads to identify apprenticeship vacancies and match them with suitable learners.
  • Source and engage with young people through schools, events, social media, and online campaigns.
  • Conduct interviews and initial assessments to understand each learner’s goals and match them to the right pathway.
  • Build strong relationships with employers, learners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Use our CRM system to maintain accurate, up-to-date records and track your performance against monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, or business development — especially in a target-driven environment.
  • Confident with cold calling — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone and open doors.
  • A natural communicator with strong people skills and a persuasive, professional manner.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly).

This is more than recruitment — it’s making a difference. If you\’re ready to blend your sales mindset with your passion for helping others, apply now and become a vital part of Juniper’s learner journey.
