The role:
We’re looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Manager to lead and develop our apprenticeship provision, ensuring strong performance, high-quality delivery, and excellent outcomes for apprentices and employers. You’ll manage and motivate an established delivery team, oversee quality and compliance, and ensure apprenticeship programmes meet both funding and assessment requirements. This is a key role with real influence on performance, growth, and learner experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage apprenticeship delivery to meet or exceed performance, quality, and financial targets
- Ensure Apprenticeship Accountability Framework measures are achieved
- Performance-manage the apprenticeship delivery team, driving continuous improvement
- Oversee assessment and programme delivery, ensuring accurate use of MI and learner data
- Develop flexible delivery models that meet employer needs and apprenticeship standards
- Liaise with End Point Assessment Organisations to ensure readiness and compliance
- Build strong relationships with levy and non-levy employers to maximise apprenticeship uptake
- Support business development by raising Juniper’s profile and building external partnerships
- Ensure a minimum Ofsted Grade 2 learning experience for all apprentices
- Maintain compliance with DfE funding rules, awarding body requirements, and internal policies

- Proven experience managing apprenticeship provision at operational and strategic level
- Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding, reforms, accountability framework, and compliance
- Experience of performance-managing teams to targets
- Strong stakeholder and employer engagement experience
Desirable:
- Experience using PICS, Smart Assessor, and BKSB
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification
