If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!</p> <p>We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Skills Coach / Tutor to join our team.

In this role you’ll play a key part in inspiring and supporting apprentices as they work toward their qualifications, from delivering dynamic training sessions to providing one‑to‑one coaching and assessment – guiding learners toward success.</p> <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Deliver engaging and interactive group training sessions, including induction.</li> <li>Support apprentices through one‑to‑one coaching and workplace visits.</li> <li>Assess and provide feedback on apprentices’ portfolios.</li> <li>Deliver English and maths Functional Skills up to Level 2.</li> <li>Monitor progress, set challenging targets, and help learners achieve their goals.</li> <li>Maintain high levels of apprentice attendance, retention, and achievement.</li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>A background in Early Years with at least two years’ experience in the sector within the last three years.</li> <li>Experience delivering training to 16+ learners and adults.</li> <li>A passion for coaching, mentoring and supporting apprentices to reach their full potential.</li> <li>A Level 3 Teaching Qualification (or willingness to achieve within six months).</li> <li>A TAQA or equivalent assessor qualification (or willingness to achieve within six months).</li> <li>Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and engaging approach.</li> <li>Full driving licence and access to a car (peripatetic role).</li> </ul> <h2>Perks & Benefits</h2> <ul> <li>25 days holiday, increasing to 30 with service.</li> <li>Buy & sell annual leave.</li> <li>Earn an extra week of leave by exercising.</li> <li>Paid mileage (35p per mile above normal work mileage).</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP).</li> <li>Long service & special recognition awards.</li> <li>Juniper Lottery & Dragons’ Den competitions.</li> <li>PRIDE monthly celebrations.</li> <li>Early Finish Fridays (2:30pm).</li> <li>Christmas Savings Club.</li> <li>Eyecare reimbursement.</li> <li>Cycle to Work Scheme.</li> <li>Electric Car Scheme (after 5 years’ service).</li> <li>Critical Illness Cover (after 5 years’ service).</li> <li>Corporate events throughout the year.</li> </ul> <h2>About Juniper</h2> <p>We believe that language should never be a barrier to opportunity.
