As our Business Development Executive, your initial focus will be to lead the expansion of Juniper Training's construction provision. You will identify opportunities for growth, develop strategic employer partnerships, and help establish new programmes that respond to local and regional skills needs.

Working closely with curriculum and operational teams, you will build strong links with construction employers, industry bodies, and key stakeholders to increase learner opportunities and ensure our provision reflects current workforce demands.

Once this initial phase of growth has been established, your role will broaden to support wider business development activities across the organisation. This will include identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships across additional sectors, contributing to organisational growth strategies, and supporting the expansion of Juniper Training's wider education, skills, and employability offer.
