Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and Educate: Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting and interactive sessions to Recruitment apprentices. You’ll create an engaging learning environment that motivates learners and drives them toward success.
- Assess and Empower: Assess learners’ work in line with awarding body requirements. Provide meaningful feedback and set SMART targets that inspire learners to push themselves further.
- Shape the Curriculum: Be a key player in developing and refreshing our curriculum to keep it industry-relevant and impactful.
- Support and Mentor: Build strong relationships with learners, providing guidance and encouragement to help them break through barriers and achieve their qualifications.
- Stay on Track: Keep accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and assessments in line with our policies.
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside colleagues, employers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery and uphold best practices.
- Never Stop Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance your teaching skills and stay updated with industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- PTLLS or equivalent qualification.
- A passion for inspiring and supporting learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong learner engagement.
- Solid IT skills for maintaining learner records.
- Experience as an Employability Tutor (a plus, but not essential).
