What You’ll Do

  • Support learners into work experience placements, apprenticeships, employment, or further education.
  • Deliver engaging employability workshops, including CV writing, interview preparation, and workplace skills.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and organisations to create high-quality opportunities.
  • Undertake placement risk assessments and ensure students are well-prepared for work experience.
  • Track and monitor student progress, providing feedback and celebrating achievements.
  • Use social media and marketing to share success stories and raise the profile of the programme.
  • Contribute to the Centre Improvement Plan using student, employer, and progression data.
  • Safeguard learners, promoting British Values and ensuring a safe, inclusive learning environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Experience working with 16–18-year-olds and in education or training.
  • Strong organisation, planning, and communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a positive, engaging personality.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employers and learners.
  • Desirable: CEIAG Level 3/4, Health & Safety qualification.
  • Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or recruitment.
