Are you a strong leader with a passion for education and team development? We’re looking for a dynamic Performance Manager to oversee staff, and student experience at our well established Training Centre in Derby.

Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management: Lead the training centre to achieve and exceed both performance outcomes and financial targets.
- Team Leadership: Motivate, manage, recruit and develop centre-based staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment aligned with our values.
- Student Experience: Ensure an exceptional learning experience for all students, fostering their growth and success.
- Safeguarding: Protect the welfare of all students by promoting British Values and preventing radicalization.
Additional Responsibilities
- Team Collaboration: Build strong relationships within the centre and with external partners, encouraging teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage and deploy resources to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to the requirements of awarding and funding bodies, as well as internal policies and procedures.
- Staff Management: Follow employment law and internal guidelines to manage staff effectively and maintain a stable workforce.
- Budget Management: Work within the set budget, ensuring financial targets are met while delivering a high-quality student experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage teams and create a motivating, supportive working environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate both staff and students.
- Results-Driven: A focus on meeting and exceeding targets and performance outcomes.
- Own Maths and English at level 2 FS or equivalent.
- A Management qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience of team management and development.
