Join Juniper Training Ltd as a Learner Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment Role) based in Manchester with regular travel to Wolverhampton Head Office. This full‑time position offers a salary of £28,000‑£30,000 plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out and build relationships with employers to identify apprenticeship opportunities and promote Juniper Training as a trusted partner.
  • Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training offers.
  • Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand learner goals and match them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities.
  • Be a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed career choices.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with programme managers and tutors to ensure learners feel supported.
  • Work toward recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in recruitment, especially within education or training.
  • Strong employer engagement skills and business relationship building.
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about making a difference.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, or willing to learn.
  • Excellent time‑management and proactive problem‑solving.
