Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and build relationships with employers to identify apprenticeship opportunities and promote Juniper Training as a trusted partner.
- Reach out to young people through social media, events, schools and community partnerships to share what Juniper Training offers.
- Conduct friendly interviews and assessments to understand learner goals and match them with suitable apprenticeship opportunities.
- Be a trusted advisor, offering support and advice to help learners make informed career choices.
- Maintain accurate records of activities using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with programme managers and tutors to ensure learners feel supported.
- Work toward recruitment goals while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in recruitment, especially within education or training.
- Strong employer engagement skills and business relationship building.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and passionate about making a difference.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, or willing to learn.
