Overview
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Internal Recruiter to join our HR team and take ownership of our day‑to‑day recruitment activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, building relationships, and playing a key role in bringing new talent into the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing our Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor), ensuring all vacancies and candidate records are accurate and up to date
- Advertising roles across job boards and relevant platforms
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates against role requirements
- Proactively sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other channels
- Coordinating and arranging interviews with hiring managers
- Acting as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting a positive and inclusive candidate experience from application through to offer
- Monitoring and supporting our commitment as a Disability Confident employer, ensuring inclusive recruitment practices are followed
- Tracking recruitment activity and supporting reporting where required
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities

You’ll Ideally Have
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role
- Experience of working within Education (desirable)
- Experience using an ATS (Teamtailor experience is a bonus)
- Experience of using social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to proactively source candidates, promote vacancies, and build talent pipelines through engaging and targeted outreach
- Experience screening CVs and sourcing candidates
