Juniper Training Ltd is seeking a Learner Recruitment Consultant to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team on a full-time basis in Derby or surrounding areas, with weekly travel to Wolverhampton Head Office. This 360 recruitment role sources candidates and identifies suitable employer opportunities.
You'll engage employers, reach out to learners through schools and events, interview and assess candidates, and guide them to suitable apprenticeship paths while maintaining CRM records.
