Provide day-to-day post-sales operational support for production and pre-production network environments.
Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues across large-scale IP/MPLS infrastructures.
Open, manage, and drive Juniper JTAC cases to resolution, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support during critical incidents, outages, and escalation scenarios.
Conduct network information-gathering workshops to understand current network architecture, operational workflows, and future design.
Provide guidance on network design evolution, capacity growth, and technology adoption aligned with the roadmap.
Assist with major network upgrades, maintenance windows, migrations, and change events.

Create and review customer SOPs and MOPs to identify procedural gaps that could result in network or service outages.
Develop and maintain automation scripts to reduce operational toil, improve consistency and accuracy, able to own customer design and consulting.
Experience in supporting major network transformations, upgrades, or expansions.
10+ years large-IP network design, implementation and operation.
Large-scale hands-on experience with: MX, QFX, EX, ACX and PTX platforms BGP/OSPF, IS-IS, RSVP-TE/LDP; EVPN/MPLS, VPWS/VPLS and L2/L3VPN.
Juniper EVPN/VXLAN campus and DC fabrics.
Strong experience with JUNOS CLI.
SRX high-end/midrange/branch security; firewall policy, IPS, IPsec and high availability; Mist.
Expert-level Technical Certifications: JNCIS, JNCIP, JNCIE, CCNP, and CCIE a strong Automation experience JNCIE highly preferred.
The right candidate should also have a strong understanding of service provider networking technologies, including: TCP/IP.
