We are seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with all UK regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and overâtheâcounter medicines accurately and efficiently.
- Provide professional advice on the safe use of medicines and healthcare products.
- Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and legal compliance.
- Deliver patientâcentred care, including medication counselling and health advice.
- Support public health initiatives such as vaccinations and smoking cessation services.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including technicians and assistants.
- Ensure compliance with GPhC standards, NHS guidelines, and company policies.
- Manage stock levels and ensure proper storage of medicines.
- Report and manage any adverse drug reactions or medication errors.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) or equivalent.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Strong knowledge of UK pharmacy laws and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in community, hospital, or clinical pharmacy.
