We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our team in Manchester. You will provide high‐quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or residential settings, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and safe moving/handling
- Support with meal preparation and feeding where required
- Administer or prompt medication (following training and guidelines)
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in clients' conditions
- Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
