Juniper Horizons Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic Recruitment team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a thriving company.
Role Overview: We are offering an exciting unpaid internship for an aspiring Recruitment Consultant. This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development. You will gain hands-on experience in winning new clients, managing the full recruitment cycle, and closing placements. High performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a competitive basic salary and commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Support in achieving monthly sales targets
- Assist in selling recruitment services and closing job briefs
- Participate in the full 360 recruitment cycle (client + candidate)
- Source, screen, and submit candidates under guidance
- Coordinate interviews and support placements
- Maintain accurate records using Excel and email
- Contribute to pipeline building and deal-closing activities
- Conduct research on employment & labour law to ensure compliance during the hiring process
- Help coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities
- Support the recruitment team with contracts, employee onboarding, and succession planning activities
- Assist with social media management to promote job openings and employer branding
- Participate in training & development programs to enhance recruiting skills such as negotiation, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies

Requirements: We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident in cold calling and client acquisition
