Juniper Horizons Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic Recruitment team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process within a thriving company.

Role Overview

We are offering an exciting unpaid internship for an aspiring Recruitment Consultant. This is a 360 recruitment role with a strong emphasis on business development. You will gain hands-on experience in winning new clients, managing the full recruitment cycle, and closing placements. High performing interns will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a competitive basic salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Support in achieving monthly sales targets
  • Assist in selling recruitment services and closing job briefs
  • Participate in the full 360 recruitment cycle (client + candidate)
  • Source, screen, and submit candidates under guidance
  • Coordinate interviews and support placements
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel and email
  • Contribute to pipeline building and deal-closing activities
  • Conduct research on employment & labour law to ensure compliance during the hiring process
  • Help coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities
  • Support the recruitment team with contracts, employee onboarding, and succession planning activities
  • Assist with social media management to promote job openings and employer branding
  • Participate in training & development programs to enhance recruiting skills such as negotiation, interviewing, and talent acquisition strategies
