Juniper Horizons are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and innovative architectural practice in London, seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, within a collaborative and design-focused environment.
The Role
As an Architect, you will be involved in all stages of the design and delivery process, from initial concept through to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant, and creative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative architectural designs in line with client briefs and project requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications
- Manage projects through all RIBA stages
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and planning requirements
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Attend site visits and oversee project progress
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
- ARB registered Architect (Part III qualified)
- Proven experience working within a UK-based architectural practice
- Strong design, technical, and project management skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes
