We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead Juniper Education’s organic social media presence and shape how we show up across our social channels. You’ll bring our brand to life through engaging content, conversations and storytelling that resonates with educators, school leaders and trust teams. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You’ll own our organic social strategy, plan and publish content across key platforms, manage community engagement, and use insights to continually improve performance. You’ll also manage the social media presence of Juniper’s senior leadership team, ensuring profiles are active, aligned and authentic. Working within the Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to ensure our social channels are credible, consistent and aligned with our mission to improve education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver Juniper’s organic social media strategy
  • Plan, create and schedule content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms
  • Manage social content and campaigns for senior leaders
  • Create engaging social-first content, including short-form video
  • Build and engage our online community
  • Monitor trends across education and EdTech and create timely content
  • Track and report on performance, using insights to guide activity
  • Coordinate social activity around campaigns, events, PR and product launches

About You

  • Experience managing social media channels for a brand
  • Strong understanding of how to tailor content by platform
  • Confident creating engaging written and video content
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Data-aware, with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Genuinely interested in education and aligned with our values
