National HR Consultant Education Sector (Remote) Join our dynamic Education HR team as a National HR Consultant where youll provide expert HR support to schools and academies Nationally. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex HR casework providing strategic advice and support to schools academies and multiacademy trusts (MATs). Manage highprofile projects such as restructures academy conversions (including TUPE) and school reorganisation. Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies. Advise on safeguarding employee relations and statutory compliance while managing risk. Deliver training coaching and mentoring to enhance leadership capability. Represent clients in HR matters including legal cases and trade union negotiations. Lead service development identifying new business opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Attributes: CIPD qualified or equivalent experience. Proven track record managing complex HR issues in a clientfocused environment. Strong interpersonal coaching and influencing skills. Experience working with senior leaders and building client relationships. Location & Benefits: Hybrid remote role with occasional travel to schools and monthly attendance at Chelmsford HQ.
