We are looking for an engaging and confident Software Trainer with a strong interest in Health & Safety to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with schools, trusts and education professionals, and who can bring clarity, energy and confidence to Health & Safety training delivered through digital platforms.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality online training and e-learning content that helps schools meet their Health & Safety responsibilities and feel confident using Juniper’s software solutions. As a visible and trusted voice for Juniper, you will be comfortable presenting on camera, leading live online sessions, and adapting your style to suit a range of audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging live online training sessions and webinars
- Create high-quality on-demand e-learning content
- Research and interpret Health & Safety guidance, legislation and best practice
- Translate complex information into clear, practical and accessible learning
- Support customers to feel confident, compliant and capable in their Health & Safety responsibilities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods
About You
- A genuine interest or background in Health & Safety (experience desirable but not essential)
- Confident, engaging and professional when presenting on camera and in live online environments
- Excellent spoken and written English, with strong grammar and attention to detail
- Strong research skills with the ability to turn guidance into usable learning materials
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload to meet deadlines
- Proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a remote team
