The Role
Are you a people-first professional with a passion for building long-term client relationships and driving business growth? At Juniper, we are on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic Account Manager to join our team and be the front line of our client success journey. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing portfolio of clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our education software and services. You will be key to increasing client satisfaction, driving retention, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and business needs.
- Build lasting relationships by providing strategic support and ensuring clients get the best value from our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling within your accounts.
- Use tools like product matrices and customer health scores to report on performance and client satisfaction.
- Lead client review meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions that add real value.
- Work alongside the commercial team to drive alignment and ensure a positive, results-driven experience.
Key Attributes:
- Proven experience in account management or business development, ideally in the education software or web sector.
- A results-driven mindset with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
- A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- A team player who works collaboratively across departments and promotes a positive work culture.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot, SugarCRM), and sales tools such as Trumpet or Gong.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the website or digital landscape.
- Background in education software is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with a talent for spotting opportunities and delivering solutions.
- Comfortable using data and metrics to influence strategy and decision-making.
