We’re looking for an Education Advisor who is an experienced English specialist to join our team and provide high-quality training, consultancy, and support to schools across the UK. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher (ideally an ex-English Lead) to share their expertise and make a real impact on English teaching nationwide — all while enjoying the flexibility of a remote, term-time working pattern.
The Role
- Delivering engaging live training sessions via webinars, 1:1 consultancy, and group sessions.
- Supporting schools in using the Sonar pupil tracker, with clear training and guidance.
- Creating and updating e-learning and self-service training resources.
- Leading English subject leader updates each term, sharing the latest pedagogy and policy insights.
- Refreshing and maintaining subject-specific training content (phonics, spelling, etc.).
- Building strong relationships with school leaders, teachers, and administrators.
- Ensuring all delivery meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.
- 12 Month fixed term contract
About You
- A qualified teacher with a strong background in English (ideally former English Lead).
- Knowledge of the UK education system and current pedagogy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work flexibly and independently in a remote setting.
- Experience delivering training or consultancy to schools.
- Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments in English.
