Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves working with children and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
  • Support the development and wellbeing of all children in your care
  • Maintain accurate records and observations
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers
  • Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player
  • Reliable, proactive, and passionate about early childhood education
  • Must be able to work 4 full days per week, all year round (7:30am–6:30pm)
  • Enhanced DBS and professional references required
