Our clients include several of the world’s top 10 private equity and consulting firms, and are responsible for investing billions of dollars annually. We are a profitable, bootstrapped company with a growing team of 28 based in London and NYC. We 10x'd our revenue in 2025.
Role Description
Junior has established itself as the go-to AI platform for consulting and private equity teams at the world’s leading consulting and megacap private capital investors. We 10x last year and are aiming to triple this year.
- Build GTM systems (core)
- Own the lead → account → opportunity workflow (stages, fields, rules)
- Automate routing + hygiene (dedupe, enrichment, stage/task updates)
- Set up repeatable cadences: pipeline reviews, next-step chasing, stale/renewal alerts
- Keep Attio as the single source of truth (definitions, naming, required fields)
- Targeted / semi-templated content creation (e.g. deal-specific one-pagers, demo workspaces)
- RevOps processes, automation & tooling
- Ship automations across Claude Co-work + Attio + Slack + email + calendar
- Own processes for legal and infosec - augmented with frontier AI tools
- Maintain lightweight dashboards: inbound speed/conv, outbound → pipeline, pilot health
- Run a monthly ops sweep: fix breakpoints, simplify, automate next
- SDR execution (targeted only)
- Prospect + outbound into ICP via Clay + LinkedIn + Superhuman
- Iterate high-converting messaging and sequences
- Book/qualify meetings and log crisp next steps in Attio
- Package repeatable outbound plays (lists, triggers, collateral)
- Experiments & growth ops
- Run 2–4 GTM experiments/month
- Measure results and turn winners into SOPs/playbooks
About You
- 2-4 years in RevOps / Sales Ops / Growth Ops (or a highly operational SDR role) at a fast-moving B2B SaaS company
- You’re comfortable being the single source of truth owner: meticulous CRM hygiene, clear stage definitions, and consistent logging
- Hands-on builder who ships workflow automation (CRM automations, Slack/email triggers, enrichment flows) and improves systems week by week
- Data-minded: you can create simple dashboards and reporting that make pipeline health, speed-to-lead, and follow-ups obvious
- You communicate crisply, follow through, and enjoy partnering with sales to turn messy reality into repeatable process
