Role Description

As our first rev ops hire, you'll own our rev ops function including:

  • Revenue systems

    • Own the CRM (Attio) – build the architecture and workflows to maintain data integrity, making the CRM the reliable source of truth

    • Drive and oversee the full revenue lifecycle process from contract signature to renewal

    • Set the standard and maintain CRM hygiene

    • Build / maintain CRM automations to boost customer success productivity and reduce manual input

    • Manage sales / customer success commission plan administration

  • Own reporting, analytics & forecasting

    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to give clear insights into:

      • revenue (recognised vs. billed)

      • pipeline value

      • account health/renewal risk

      • etc.

    • Own the revenue forecasting process, including building models and working with sales teams

    • Track and analyse key metrics including:

      • win rates

      • sales cycle length

      • churn

      • etc.

  • Strategy & planning

    • Support GTM team with with reliable reporting, key metric tracking and process optimisation

    • Analyse customer lifecycle and identify bottlenecks that are impacting conversion

About You

We're looking for an experienced revops manager, comfortable building processes from scratch and operating with high autonomy:

  • Based in London, in our Farringdon office 5 days / week

  • 4+ years experience building revops functions in high growth SAAS startups

    • Bonus: experience with complex / bespoke usage or event-driven pricing models

  • ‘Player-coach’: able to simultaneously own revops strategy and execute day-to-day revops work

  • Highly independent owner: we’ll look to you to self-manager and shape your role with limited oversight

  • Organised and meticulous, able to track multiple tasks and projects and drive completion

  • Action-oriented: leverages data to drive commercial outcomes

  • Has an active interest in AI; we're looking to hire someone who is curious about how LLMs work, comfortable getting into the weeds on model behaviour, and excited to be working at the frontier of what AI can do in investment services
