This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a thriving wraparound care provision where every day is different. You'll lead a small team, build strong relationships with children, families and the school, and create a safe, welcoming environment where children aged 4–11 can play, learn and thrive.

There are also opportunities to increase your hours by working in our Holiday Clubs and Lunchtime Clubs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the Breakfast & After School Club.
  • Plan and deliver exciting, inclusive and engaging activities for children aged 4–11.
  • Create a fun, safe and welcoming environment where every child feels valued and included.
  • Lead, motivate and support your team to deliver outstanding childcare.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, school staff and colleagues.
  • Manage registers, planning and day-to-day club administration.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage children's confidence, independence and wellbeing.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety and company policies are followed at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Passionate about working with children.
  • A confident and supportive leader who enjoys motivating others.
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy club environment.
  • An excellent communicator who builds positive relationships.
  • Creative, energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Committed to delivering high-quality childcare.
  • Experience in childcare, education, playwork, sports coaching, youth work or a similar environment would be advantageous.

What's in it for You?

  • £13.80 per hour.
  • Permanent term-time only contract.
  • Family-friendly hours with no weekend working.
  • Opportunities to work additional paid hours during Holiday Clubs and Lunchtime Clubs.
  • Paid training and ongoing professional development.
  • Access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme through Health Assured.
  • Discounted wraparound care and Holiday Clubs (where applicable).
  • Refer-a-Friend reward scheme.
  • A supportive, friendly and fun team environment.
  • Excellent opportunities to develop your career with Junior Adventures Group.
