Lead the fun and make a difference by creating safe, exciting, and enriching experiences for children aged 4-11. You will manage a small team, build relationships with schools and families, and deliver a mix of sports, arts, games, and structured play every day.
Responsibilities
- Greet children with enthusiasm and kickstart the day with games, sports, and positive energy.
- Lead a range of Holiday Club activities including arts & crafts, team challenges, drama, multi-sports, and structured play.
- Plan engaging, age‑appropriate, inclusive sessions that are fun and educational.
- Motivate and manage the team to deliver high‑quality care and play experiences.
- Communicate confidently with parents, staff, host schools, and central operations.
- Ensure health, safety, safeguarding and company procedures are followed with confidence and care.

Requirements
- Experience as a Sports Coach, Teaching Assistant, Playworker, Drama/Dance Instructor, NCS Leader, Scout Leader, Nursery Manager, SEN Support, or equivalent childcare role.
- Natural leader who is confident, caring, and creative.
- Excellent communicator who loves building relationships.
- Organised planner who can manage teams and activities.
- Passionate about working with children.

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. Applicants must provide two references – one from the most recent employer and one from a childcare setting (if applicable). A DBS check will be conducted.
