- After School Club Manager to lead our thriving club at
Glebe Primary School in Kenton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a well-established after school club, leading a small team to deliver a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children can play, learn and thrive at the end of the school day.
As Club Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the club, building positive relationships with children, families and the school while ensuring exceptional standards of care, safeguarding and customer service.

About the Role
As the
After School Club Manager , you'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the club, ensuring every child enjoys a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Youβll lead and support your team, plan engaging activities, maintain strong relationships with parents and the school, and ensure the club consistently delivers high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operation of the After School Club.
- Recruit, supervise, support and motivate your team.
- Plan and coordinate fun, engaging and inclusive activities for children.
- Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, carers and school staff.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety and company policies.
- Manage registers, operational records and club documentation.
- Support budgeting and day-to-day financial administration.
- Monitor club performance and work closely with the central operations team.
- Promote positive behaviour and provide outstanding customer service at every opportunity.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who
- Has previous leadership or management experience within childcare, wraparound care or a similar environment.
- Is passionate about providing exceptional childcare experiences.
- Is confident leading, motivating and developing a team.
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Can build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and health & safety responsibilities.
- Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently.
- Enjoys creating fun, engaging environments where children feel safe, happy and inspired.
