As an Activity Leader, you will be part of the team responsible for working at Breakfast Club and Afterschool Club, delivering engaging and fun activities to children in our care. The role is usually term-time only; however, we also run successful holiday camps with additional hours throughout the year. You will support children in all aspects of the club, including activity delivery, during high-tea, and transition times. You will be an excellent role model and meet the standards expected to deliver high-quality childcare.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Education and Welfare/Club Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting your club to ensure children are safe, happy, and secure
- Working with children of all ages and abilities
- Leading activities and following plans, adapting as needed
- Organising children between activities
- Communicating clearly with colleagues
- Being a role model for children and staff
- Attending meetings with your manager and team
- Monitoring staff ratios at all times
