At Junior Adventures Group, we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you’ll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.
This role is split shift, meaning you’ll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to increase your hours during Holiday Club seasons and Lunchtime Cover.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
- Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
- Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
- Work split shifts: 7:30–9:00am and 3:00–6:00pm, perfect for work-life balance or those seeking part-time fun!
- Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.
What’s in it for you?
- Discounted childcare if you’ve got little ones
- Paid training + regular personal & professional development
- Refer-a-friend rewards
- A warm, welcoming, and energetic team
What we’re looking for:
- Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude
- A creative thinker who knows how to turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience
- A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group
- Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)
We’re JAG — and we believe every child deserves to feel safe, inspired, and full of joy! Every day, our passionate teams across the UK make a real impact in children’s lives. If you’re ready to help kids learn, grow, and have fun, we’d love to meet you.
