Location: Clifton All Saints Academy, Bedfordshire

Hours: Flexible to the needs of the business - holiday club hours are 7.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday during school holidays

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour (plus holiday pay)

From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Holiday Clubs for children aged 4–11.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
  • Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
  • Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
  • Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
  • Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude
  • A creative thinker who knows how to turn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience
  • A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group
  • Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
