As a General Manager, you'll set high standards for excellence, whilst delivering top-quality experiences through careful planning. Each setting will welcome new adventurers, providing immersive training experiences, upskill and educate our people through coaching & mentoring, whilst driving a culture of excellence.
You'll embody entrepreneurial skills to meet KPIs, build relationships with schools, parents, and team members, and boost profit, all while maintaining unwavering quality. Whether it's school wrap-around care or a leisure centre camp, you'll lead diverse activities based on our 'Whole of Child' programming philosophy.
As you grow in this role, you will pick up more schools & Leisure Centres to grow your portfolio in a cluster of high performing programs, highly engaged teams and unbreakable school relationships.
