Role Overview

This is a complex role requiring a confident and proactive individual with experience supporting children with SEN. As a 1:1 SEN Activity Playworker, you will:

1. Support children within our Holiday Club.
2. Assist children with sensory activities and games.
3. Engage with children through play and sports.
4. Supervise children in a safe and welcoming environment.
5. Create an inclusive and fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Experience in teaching or supporting children with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).
• Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviors.
• Patience and responsiveness to children\’s needs.
• Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
