Location: Harnham CofE Junior School, Harnham, Salisbury, SP2 8JZ

Pay: £8.00–£12.75 per hour

Contract: Term Time Only

Hours: 18.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday

  • Breakfast Club: 7:30am–8:30am
  • After School Club: 3:15pm–6:00pm
  • Additional Holiday Club Hours: Available during school holidays, 8:30am–5:30pm

At Junior Adventures Group, we’re not just childcare – we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you’ll bring smiles, laughter and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs, supporting children aged 4–11.

What will you be doing?

  • Delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities including multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games and creative play
  • Setting up engaging play spaces and helping to keep them safe, clean and welcoming
  • Supervising children with care, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Making sure every child feels welcome, included and supported
  • Preparing snacks and supporting mealtimes
  • Managing sign-in and sign-out processes
  • Working as part of a fantastic team while being confident taking the lead when needed
  • Bringing plenty of energy, enthusiasm and fun!

What are we looking for?

  • Loves working with children
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Is creative and enjoys coming up with fun ideas
  • Is a great team player
  • Is confident communicating with children and colleagues
  • Enjoys being active and getting involved
  • Is confident running activities and managing a group of children

Experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, youth work or similar would be a bonus, but it’s not essential.
