Part-Time Training & Resources Administrator Remote based £12.21 per hour  3 days per week, 9.00am – 5.30pm – 24 hours per week flexible    At Junior Adventures Group UK, we\’re building brighter futures – and that starts with the people who care for children every day. Behind every confident, capable team is strong training, smooth operations, and someone who keeps the admin ticking along smoothly.   As the Training & Resources Administrator, you\’ll be the vital support behind the Training & Resources Coordinator by helping to organise, update and manage all things admin across training and supply logistics. From inboxes and spreadsheets to booking support and equipment tracking, you\’ll help keep everything running like clockwork.   If you\’re a detail-lover, spreadsheet fan, and all-round admin whizz, this role is a great chance to play a key part in helping our teams and clubs thrive – all while working flexibly and with purpose.   A day of play…   COORDINATE & DELIVER Support with organising internal training activities and bookings Help prepare and update training materials, session packs, and supporting documents Keep track of learning requirements of teams communicate when re-training is required Assist with setting up and updating training records, schedules, and event trackers Communicate with venues and providers to support training logistics and confirmations   ORGANISE & ADMINISTRATE Take ownership of key admin tasks, managing shared inboxes, trackers, documents, and approvals Maintain up-to-date training records, staff attendance, and compliance logs Support with user updates, course uploads and reporting on our learning management system Track and update internal IT equipment records through our asset management system Help process and log resource orders, track deliveries, and escalate any delays or issues Support with invoice checks, budget trackers, and supplier records   SUPPORT SETTINGS & RESOURCES Assist with the admin behind setting openings, closures, and acquisitions, including delivery tracking and returns Liaise with the warehouse partner to check inventory logs, record stock movements, and support efficient supply coordination Help gather quotes, compare suppliers, and prepare purchase order documentation Keep resource files, supplier lists, and contract records up to date and well organised   IMPROVE & SUPPORT Spot opportunities to simplify admin processes and make everyday tasks more efficient Provide day-to-day admin support to the Training & Resources Coordinator, responding to requests and keeping key systems up to date Pitch in on projects, tasks or new ideas – your flexibility and can-do attitude will be valued every day Play a key part in helping our teams stay equipped, trained and supported to deliver amazing experiences in every club   For your new adventure You\’ve got strong admin experience and love bringing order to busy systems and schedules You enjoy working behind the scenes to support success, and take pride in doing the detail right You\’re digitally confident with Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook, Excel and Teams) and happy learning new tools You\’re proactive, responsive, and enjoy keeping things well-organised and up to date You\’ve got great communication skills and are comfortable working independently and with others You\’re flexible, self-motivated, and excited to support a mission-led team in a part-time role that makes a real impact   Mission Accomplished… Well-organised admin, systems and support Training sessions and resource processes run smoothly behind the scenes Accurate data, timely orders, and well-managed trackers Seamless coordination of department activities with the Training & Resources Coordinator Equipped and confident teams, thanks to your work behind the scenes   What success looks like Be Considerate – Show you care for others and the world around us Be Passionate – Love what you do and inspire others Be Trustworthy – You are role models with great responsibility Leave a positive legacy – Create brighter futures for all   What we offer you The chance to build brighter futures for children Access to 24/7 Employee Assist Programs through Health Assured Discounted wrap around school care and holiday club (if you have little ones) A little bit of security for your future with a workplace pension scheme A place where you can let your personality shine Rewards for recommending your family and friends to come and join the family Exclusive deals with our retail and service partners Paid training and regular personal and professional development A structured 4-week induction to set you up for success It\’s what big kids do.
