Make a Difference Before and After the School Day

Do you enjoy working with children and creating fun, engaging experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic and caring Playworker / Activity Leader to join our Breakfast & After School Club team at Eastbury Farm Primary School. This is a fantastic opportunity to help create a safe, welcoming, and exciting environment where children can learn, play, and develop through a variety of activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play. No two days are the same, and every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.

  • Monday to Friday
  • Breakfast Club: 07:30 – 08:45
  • After School Club: 15:15 – 18:00

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play
  • Create a fun, inclusive, and safe environment for children
  • Support children during arrivals, activities, and collection times
  • Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
  • Ensure all sign-in and sign-out procedures are completed correctly
  • Prepare and provide refreshments while maintaining high hygiene standards
  • Assist with setting up and packing away equipment and activity areas
  • Complete accident, incident, and activity records where required
  • Communicate professionally with children, parents, colleagues, and school staff
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage participation and engagement
