About the Role

As Club Manager, you'll lead a small team to deliver exceptional wraparound care experiences before and after the school day. You will create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment where children can learn, play, and build confidence, while supporting and motivating your team to deliver outstanding childcare every day. You'll also build strong relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and activity delivery.

  • Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
  • Build positive relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures are followed at all times.
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the club, including registers and record keeping.
  • Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in children.
  • Support children's wellbeing through fun, engaging, and enriching activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate about working with children.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional childcare experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Level 3 Childcare Qualification (desirable).
  • Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or playwork environment.
  • Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a team.
  • A passion for creating engaging experiences that help children thrive.

Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as Playworker, Sports Coach, Teaching Assistant, Activity Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Youth Worker, SEN Support Assistant, Drama or Dance Instructor, or similar roles.
