Job Title: Holiday Club 1:1 Support / Playworker

Location: Montpelier Primary School, Montpelier Road, Ealing, London, W5 2QX

Operational Hours: 8.30 – 17.30

Work Dates Available: Tuesday 5th to Friday 29th August

Working Hours for Send Buddy: 10.30 – 15.30

Pay: Up to £15 per hour

Contracts Available: Casual – Holiday Club Only

Junior Adventures Group UK is seeking a happy, enthusiastic, and passionate 1:1 SEN Activity Playworker to join our team. This is a complex role requiring confidence, proactivity, and experience supporting children with SEN, especially those with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties).

Responsibilities include supporting children in our Holiday Club, engaging in sensory activities and games, supervising children safely, and creating an inclusive, fun environment.

Experience in teaching or supporting children with PMLD is essential. The role also involves managing challenging behaviors with patience and responding to individual needs.

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
