At Junior Adventures Group, we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubsfor children aged 4–11.
This role is split shift, meaning you'll work mornings and afternoons, with a break in between (great for studying, hobbies, family, or even a nap!). You’ll also have the opportunity to work during Holiday Club seasons.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activitieslike multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
- Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
- Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processeswith a friendly face and attention to detail.
- Be a team playerwho can also take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for:
- Someone who loves working with childrenand brings apositive, can-do attitude
- A creative thinker who knows how toturn an ordinary afternoon into a magical experience
- A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group
- Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)
Valid Early Years Level 3 Qualification Essential

Please note: This role requires compliance with theKeeping Children Safe in Educationpolicy and is exempt from theRehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references, one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf, so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
