Location: Willow Grove, Wixams but can also work at any of our other Bedford settings; therefore, own transport is required.

Hours: Flexible to the needs of the business - hours are breakfast club 7.30am-9.00am and 3.00pm-6.00pm Monday to Friday during term time. Additional hours may be available at our holiday clubs.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour (plus holiday pay).

Contract: Casual contract.

What you'll do day-to-day:

  • Deliver exciting, age-appropriate activities like multi-sports, arts & crafts, group games, and creative play.
  • Set up engaging play spaces and keep things safe, clean, and awesome.
  • Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
  • Prepare snacks and manage sign-in/out processes with a friendly face and attention to detail.
  • Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for:
