Ensure all activities are age and skill-appropriate while prioritizing safety, including the proper use of equipment and space. Provide refreshments for the kids while maintaining our high standards of hygiene and health and safety. Set up and pack away play spaces, moving furniture and play equipment as needed. Follow all Health and Safety protocols and policies and keep all relevant documentation, including accident and incident forms, up to date and completed as needed. Ensure proper sign-in and sign-out processes and procedures are followed for all children in our care. Communicate professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools. Conduct regular maintenance and safety checks for all equipment and kit. Take the lead in championing health and safety, providing first aid where necessary. Keep all information and documents related to the children in our care confidential and secure.
