Location: Ashford, Kent
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 20 hours per week during term time (with the opportunity to work up to 40 hrs per week during our holiday clubs if desired)
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday - Hours: 7:30 - 8.35 for Breakfast Club & 15.15 - 18.00 for After School Club
Pay: £13.50
The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

As a Club Manager, you will:
- Manage, direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme.
- Ensure team members are motivated and happy.
- Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.
- Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm.
- Implement protocols and policies with team members.
