Breakfast & After School Club Manager - Goring

Location: Goring CofE Primary School, Wallingford Road, Goring on Thames, Reading, RG8 0BG

Start Date: ASAP

Term Time Only Contract or Permanent Contract Available: 24 hrs per week during term time & up to 40 hours work available during holiday clubs if desired. Additional hours made up during term time for doing admin duties from home.

Working hours: Breakfast Club 7:15 am - 9:00 am & After school club 14.45 pm- 18.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Pay: up to £14.00 per hour (plus holiday pay).

The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.

At Junior Adventures Group we are on the lookout for a happy, enthusiastic and passionate Club Manager who is committed to developing and nurturing other team members, as well as our children.

As a Club Manager you will ensure that there is effective communication between your venue, your team, parents, the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.

We need someone to provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for our children while inspiring them to explore their interests.

You would plan, supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm. This includes a wide range from multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.

The children in our care are our responsibility and we have protocols and policies we need to follow, we need our Club Managers to implement these with team members.
