Company Description
Junior Adventures Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to oversee and deliver high-quality childcare within a busy Breakfast & After School Club in Bradford-on-Avon.
This role requires a Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification due to working with Nursery and Reception-aged children.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Breakfast Club: 07:30 β 09:00
- After School Club: 15:00 β 18:00
- Plus 30 mins paid extra a day for planning & prep
You will have the option to work up to 40 hours per week during all school holidays if desired.

About the Role:
At Junior Adventures Group, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Early Years Leader to join our growing team. You will be responsible for leading activity delivery, supporting staff, and ensuring a safe, engaging and inclusive environment for all children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the delivery of engaging EYFS-based activities
- Oversee daily routines and ensure high-quality care and provision
- Supervise, support, and motivate team members
- Plan structured activities including games, arts & crafts, structured play, and age-appropriate sports activities
- Ensure compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and health & safety policies
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant documentation
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, schools, and central operations
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
- Take responsibility for safeguarding and welfare of children in your care
- Support behaviour management and promote positive engagement
What Weβre Looking For:
- Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification β essential
- Experience working within Early Years settings
- Leadership or team supervision experience (desirable)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
- Ability to lead by example and inspire a team
