This role is split shift, giving you flexibility to balance work with life, studies, or family — with the added bonus of extra hours available during school holidays.
Location: Willow Grove Primary School, Wixams
Hours: 35 hours per week – 8.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday
Pay: £14 per hour
Contract: Permanent – Term Time

What you’ll do day-to-day:
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our youngest children.
- Plan, lead, and deliver fun, structured activities like storytelling, creative arts, sensory play, group games, and outdoor adventures.
- Support children’s development and wellbeing through engaging, age-appropriate experiences.
- Be a role model of excellent safeguarding and follow Health and Safety guidelines.
