Make a difference. Have a blast. Love your job. At Junior Adventures Group, we’re not just childcare, we’re champions of fun! From football to face painting, scavenger hunts to snack time, you'll bring smiles, laughter, and energy to our Breakfast & After School Clubs for children aged 4–11.
This role involves working 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), transporting children between schools in the Burgess Hill area. The role is from 3.00pm - 4.00pm, term time only, with additional casual hours to cover holidays and sickness.
What you'll do day-to-day:
- Supervise children with care and enthusiasm, ensuring every child feels welcome, safe, and included.
- Be a team player who can also take the lead when needed.

What we’re looking for:
- Someone who loves working with children and brings a positive, can-do attitude

- A team player who’s also confident running activities and managing a group
- Bonus points if you have experience in teaching, coaching, childcare, or youth work (but not essential, personality goes a long way!)
